Profile.
Your personal account and sign-out.
Your personal profile. One per user, shared across every workspace you belong to.
What you can edit #
| Field | Editable | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Display name | Yes | Shown on comments, audit entries, team rows |
| No (read-only) | Tied to sign-in. Change by signing out and re-authenticating with the new address | |
| Joined date | No | Set the first time you signed in |
That's the entire identity card. Profiles are deliberately small — SpecGraph isn't a social product.
Sign out #
The Sign out button at the bottom of the page ends your browser session. The next time you visit a protected route, you'll be sent through the magic-link flow again. Other browsers / devices stay signed in until their tokens expire on their own.
Signing out does not delete anything — your memberships, project authorship, audit history, and KB entries are preserved.
Multiple workspaces #
If you belong to more than one workspace, the profile is the same across all of them. Display-name changes propagate everywhere immediately. There's no per-workspace alias.
To switch between workspaces, use the dropdown next to the SpecGraph wordmark in the top nav.
Deleting your account #
Account deletion isn't self-serve yet. Email an admin or open a request through your support channel. When deletion runs:
- All memberships are removed
- Authored content stays (a project doesn't lose its phases when an editor leaves)
- Audit entries become anonymized — the action remains, the actor becomes "deleted user"
